Winnebago Forza Review

My review of the Forza is based on research conducted on review website and forums. The opinions posted are of people who have identified themselves as owners.

When it comes to researching reviews there are two resources I visit. The first is RVinsider and the second is Pissed Consumer.

On RVinsider you’ll find 17 owner review as of the writing of this article of various Forza models and year. The average rating is 3.6 stars out of 5.

The Forza get good marks for the floor plan layout and driveability. Owners comment that the Forza is easy to drive and comfortable and the cab has good visibility all around.

One interesting comment was from an owner who noticed the 38F model seems to be of better quality than the entry level 34T. This could be on purpose since there is a huge price gap between the two.

On his Forza 38F everything worked as it should. The few times that he had questions, Winnebago customer support provided the answers he needed.

On the negative side, it appears Winnebago is suffering from quality issues on this model. One owner in particular had issues that included the kitchen faucet not attached, loose refrigerator door, generator would not start, storage doors popping open and much more. This was a 2019 model and according to the owner was poorly designed and constructed.

On Pissed Consumer, the Forza owners have not been as kind. Again the issues appear to be quality issues with many stating that over the years the Winnebago brand’s quality has deteriorated.

One complaint we noticed that came up a few times was premature deterioration of the upholstery on the driver and passenger seats. The ultra leather which is what is used on the upholstery doesn’t hold up well. At least one owner was able to get replacement seat cover from Winnebago directly, but he did have to install them himself.

After reviewing comments from owner of the Winnebago Forza this is what I consider the pros and cons.

ProsCons
Desirable floor plansBuild quality is questionable on some models
Nice and roomy interior designDriver and passenger seat upholstery doesn’t seem to hold up well
Very good drivabilityDealer responses to owners are not always the best or prompt.
Good visibility in the cabGetting replacement parts can be an issue for some models.
Comfortable ride
Good value for the money according to some buyer

Who makes the Forza motorhome?

Winnebago Forza Review Summary

Considered one of the best entry-level diesel pushers, the Winnebago Forza is a popular Class A RV for many. It has very well-design floor plans, lots of interior room, and plenty of exterior storage. It is comfortable to drive and tows a vehicle very well.

On the flip-side, some owners have reported quality issues and according to the response from the dealer has been less than ideal. Winnebago Customer Support does however seem to be responsive in most cases.

Overall, the Winnebago Forza is a very good value for the money, assuming you get one that is not peppered with quality issues.
